  • Use the 3 Vs + B (Visuals, Voice, Verbal skills, Body language) to listen well and understand non-verbal signals.

  • Recognise signs of addiction and neglect and supporting families using informed intervention plans.

    Recognising autism traits and sensory needs and using tools like PECS and Makaton to support communication.
